PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of installing a bearing sensor favorable for preventing falling of a screw. PSOLUTION: The bearing sensor 20 includes a sensor circuit board 22 which detects the state of a bearing device 1 of a vehicle, a casing 21 which accommodates the sensor circuit board 22, and a casing cover 40 which covers an opening of the casing 21. The casing 21 and the casing cover 40 are screwed from the casing 21 side by the screw 27. The bearing sensor 20 is fixed on a peripheral surface 2a of the bearing device 1 with the casing 21 side directed toward the peripheral surface 2a of the bearing device 1.
