PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure protecting connecting parts between cables and easily implementing the clearing works of sensor in a mounting structure of temperature sensors to processing tanks, such as vacuum cooling apparatus and steam coolers.;SOLUTION: In a first cable 12, a temperature sensor 9 is prepared at the leading edge and a first connector 20 is prepared at the rear anchor. In a second cable 26, a second connector 28 is prepared at the leading edge, while the rear anchor is connected with a control panel. The first connector 20 and the second connector 28 are connected detachably. On the sidewall 4 of a processing tank 1, a cylindrical tube 5 is prepared to penetrate therethrough, while a peripheral face of the cylindrical tube 5 at the edge part inside of the processing tank is to be a screw section 8. A packing tool 14, prepared in mid-course of the first cable 12, is inserted into the inner hole of the cylindrical tube 5 in an airtight fashion to be supported by a fitting 21 screwed into the screw section 8 of the cylindrical tube 5. The connecting parts of the first connector 20 and of the second connector 28 are arranged on a side of the processing tank farther outside than the sealing section with packing tool 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
