PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a electrowinning system capable of suppressing the accumulation of a side reaction product on an anode and the resultant increase of electrolysis voltage due to the accumulation and an electrolytic winning method using the system.;SOLUTION: The electrowinning system is for depositing a desired metal on a cathode by passing prescribed electrolytic current between the anode and the cathode arranged in an electrolyte. The electrolyte is a sulfate or chloride base aqueous solution containing the desired metal ion and the anode is structured by forming a catalytic layer containing amorphous iridium oxide or amorphous ruthenium oxide on a conductive base body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
