PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diamond rotary dresser exhibiting excellent cutting performance and capable of performing high-precision and high-efficiency dressing over a long period of time.;SOLUTION: A superabrasive layer is provided with net-like grooves which intersect with each other. Superabrasive grains are disposed on an edge formed by the groove and the working surface of the superabrasive layer in such a manner that the superabrasive grains embedded within the groove do not protrude from the surface of the groove. The corner at a groove bottom is preferably rounded. The width of the groove is 2-50 times an average grain diameter of the superabrasive grains, and the depth of the groove is 0.1-5 times the average grain diameter of the superabrasive grains.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
