PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function for associating progress management items with a job execution log and displaying a list of progress management items as indexes showing the progress of the whole of a predetermined service so that each person in charge of the service can manage progress for each company to be consulted.;SOLUTION: An application execution log is stored as a job execution log. For each service, progress management items are associated with the job execution log. To manage progress, the job execution log is collected and analyzed for every item for which the progress should be managed, so as to output a progress management chart. Thus it is made possible for a manager to manage the progress of each service for each company to be consulted and for each person in charge, without the persons in charge having to input any special report on the progress.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
