P To provide an auxiliary device for home distribution board in which the lead-in work of wires is facilitated regardless of the position of a wire exposed from an opening made in a building material in a fixing place during a work for replacing the home distribution board, workability of lead-in work of wire to the distribution board is improved furthermore, direct contact of the wire with the building material is prevented and electrical reliability is improved furthermore. PSOLUTION: In the auxiliary device for home distribution board disposed between a home distribution board containing distribution apparatus in the housing and a building material for fixing the home distribution board, an opening for passing wires is provided within a range causing no hindrance when the wires are led into the home distribution board from the building material side and a means for preventing a portion of the wires thus led-in from touching the building material directly is provided at the opening.
