A low temperature co-fired ceramic sintered body constituting the ceramic layer (1) and (2) multilayer ceramic substrate with (4) an external conductor film, the low-temperature co-fired ceramic sintered body, cold non-glass type it becomes sintering the sintered ceramic material, it is precipitated each crystal phase fresnoite quartz (Quartz), and alumina (Alumina) of (Fresnoite).
