PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroforming die capable of producing a multistage type electroformed component whose inside is free from cavities using a photosensitive material, to provide a production method for producing the electroforming die with reduced stages, and to provide a method for producing an electroformed component whose inside is free from cavities using the electroforming die.;SOLUTION: The electroforming die 1 is provided with: a substrate 2 whose one surface 2a has electrical conductivity; a first resin layer 3 arranged at a part of the one surface 2a of the substrate 2; a catalyst 5 arranged at the surface of the first resin layer 3; a second resin layer 6 formed stepwise to the first resin layer 3; and electrically conductive layers 7 arranged at the exposed face of the one surface 2a of the substrate 2 and the exposed face of the catalyst 5, respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
