Topic The technology which offers the announcement contents with respect to network, especially, selecting announcement, although it transmits, it offers the technology which collects the information regarding user activity in order to judge the score in order to use.Solutions Following to the technology which selects announcement on the basis of the short term of the user and the judgment of long-term act degree of interest it offers the target announcement contents in order to indicate in the page with respect to network. Short term and the long-term information which it is related to the online activity of the user, being collected, relation are attached to specified degree of interest category. On the basis of the information which collected, short term and long-term act degree of interest score, are judged vis-a-vis special category. Making use of these scores, the value which is used the occasion where announcement is selected is generated. With one execution form, short-term score and two long-term scores, are judged one or vis-a-vis many degree of interest categories than that. 1st long-term score models degree of recognition in regard to specified category. 2nd long-term score and short-term score in regard to specified category the case where the response is done with are the response oriented score which models the degree of interest of the user e.g., the product or service inside category is purchased.
