PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug which has an effective improving or preventive action on melancholia or depressed state or an improving action on a feeling of fatigue and is safe even when taken over a long period.;SOLUTION: A monoamine re-uptake inhibitor prepared by compounding jifusi (a crude drug yielded by drying the fruit of Kochiascoparia Schrad. of Chenopodiaceae or a grass relating thereto) is provided. Jifusi used here is excellent in monoamine re-uptake and inhibition activity and is useful as a drug, a functional food, or the like, effective in improving or preventing light melancholia or depressed state or in improving the feeling of fatigue.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
