PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform more effective and surer processing from business negotiation to order processing of a product to which a made-to-order system is adopted, and further to facilitate data management.;SOLUTION: A business negotiation input part 11 receives business negotiation information from a customer and stores the business negotiation information into the business negotiation data base 14. An assortment input part 12 retrieves the business negotiation information from the business negotiation data base 14 in response to a request from the customer and provides the business negotiation information to the consumer. Thus, assortment-specific information from the customer is received, assortment information is created by the retrieved business negotiation information and the received assortment-specific information and stored into an assortment data base 15. An order input part 13 retrieves the assortment information from the assortment data base 15 in response to the request from the customer and provides the customer with the retrieved assortment information.
