PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a reciprocation delay time of transmission between a packet repeating device and each terminal by using a standard RTCP packet.;SOLUTION: A second reciprocation delay time RTD2 which is a reciprocation delay time of a transmission between the packet repeating device and a terminal on a measured side and a third reciprocation delay time RTD3 which is a reciprocation delay time of a transmission between the packet repeating device and a terminal on a measuring side, are measured based on: a transmission relay time T301 of a transmission packet P1 transmitted from the measuring side terminal TE1 to the measured side terminal TE2; a response relay time T302 of a response packet P2 transmitted from the measured side terminal to the measuring side terminal corresponding to the transmission packet P1; an elapsed time D201 included in the response packet P2; and a first reciprocation delay time RTD1 included in a notification packet P3 transmitted from the measuring side terminal to the measured side terminal so as to notify the first reciprocation delay time RTD1 that is a reciprocation delay time of a transmission between the measuring side terminal and the measured side terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
