PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of measuring a delay time of a packet for constructing a provision condition of QoS in real time while effectively utilizing communication network resources such as a transmission band, the number of lines and a data buffer amount in a communication node.;SOLUTION: Input amounts of packets inputted to a queue in the communication node within a predetermined time and input times are measured at intervals of the predetermined time, a cumulative input amount is calculated and stored. Output amounts of packets outputted from the queue within a predetermined time and output times are measured at intervals of the predetermined time, and a cumulative output amount is calculated and stored. A cumulative input amount at a delay time calculation processing time is acquired. Among the output times stored at the intervals of the predetermined time and the cumulative output amount, a corresponding output time that corresponds to a cumulative output amount equal to or more than the cumulative input amount and is a minimum output time is acquired, and a difference between the corresponding output time and the delay time calculation processing time is calculated as a packet delay time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
