PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the safety of a resident by using a host computer which monitors the status of an evacuation shelter installed detachable from a building to issue warning based on information transmitted from the evacuation shelter.;SOLUTION: An evacuation shelter 1 where evacuation has been completed is set in an evacuation mode. When the evacuation shelter 1 is set in the evacuation mode, the shelter ID and the evacuation start information are transmitted through a network 7 to a host computer 2. The host computer 2 which has received the evacuation start information is set in a monitor mode. Location information acquired from a GPS satellite 5 is transmitted from the evacuation shelter 1 in the evacuation mode to the host computer 2. The location information received from the evacuation shelter 1 is analyzed by the host computer 2 in the monitor mode, and when the location of the evacuation shelter 1 is changed, a rescue is requested to an onboard computer 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
