PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric ceramic composition for obtaining a piezoelectric actuator element which has a large piezoelectric strain constant d₃₃ and a high Curie temperature, and in which lowering of the piezoelectric strain constant d₃₃ before and after reflow heating is small; to provide a piezoelectric ceramic, and to provide a circuit module mounting the piezoelectric actuator element thereon.;SOLUTION: The piezoelectric ceramic composition comprises a multiple oxide having a perovskite type structure, in which at least three kinds of multiple oxides selected from Sr(Zr,Ti)O₃, Ba(Zr,Ti)O₃, Pb(Ni_1/2Te_1/2)O₃, and Pb_1/2NbO₃ are dissolved in main components of Pb(Zr,Ti)O₃ and Pb(Yb_1/2M_1/2)O₃ (wherein, M is at least one kind of Nb and Sb) to form a solid solution. Thereby, the piezoelectric ceramic and the piezoelectric actuator element each having a large piezoelectric strain constant d₃₃, a high Curie temperature, and excellent reflow heat resistance, and the circuit module can be obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
