Liquid fuel HVOF spray gun and burner design

The present invention provides a burner design and method for a high velocity oxygen-fuel (HVOF) gun that generates turbulent atomization and uses one or more jets as an injection method for liquid fuel and oxygen to improve the combustion inside the combustion chamber. The burner uses preheated oxygen and preheated fuel to improve vaporization prior to combustion of the fuel.
