PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management system for passenger transporting vehicle allowing a person to easily grasp the operating state of a passenger transporting vehicle such as bus even in a place away from a bus stop, a portable terminal and operation management system platform used for this system, and an operation management method for passenger transporting vehicle.;SOLUTION: This system comprises a plurality of passenger transporting vehicles 1 loaded with operation management system platforms 3 for emitting information such as operation state through a communication line, and a server 7 for receiving and unifying the information such as operation state transmitted from the operation management system platforms 3.
