The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for obtaining the Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) information of a CCCH, wherein the method for obtaining the HARQ information of the CCCH comprises: a base station receiving a request message from a Radio Network Controller (RNC), wherein the request message is used to indicate the HARQ information used by the CCCH; the base station obtaining the HARQ information used by the CCCH according to the request message.
