Compositions and processes to improve the clarification of fruit juices And Sugar syrups in Sugar Mills. The process includes adding directly to the juice compositions and / or Syrup.The compositions are provided in the present Mixed intimately with the juice or Sugar syrupsAnd allowed to react for a sufficient time with the juice of sugar or syrups as well as with all other chemicals added in the process of clarification of how to improve the purity of the clarified Juice or Syrup is obtained from the same.The compositions include at least one reactive Sulfur particulates that contains at least one Sulfur Atom, and at least three Oxygen Atoms and one or more Solid particulates that are selected from the group consisting of (a) a reactive silica(b) a Particulate Phosphorus Reagent that contains at least one Phosphorus Atom and at least three Oxygen Atoms in the Chemical formula, a Carbonaceous Particulate Reagent (c), (d) a Particulate Aluminum Reagent that contains at least one Aluminum Atom and at least three Oxygen Atoms in its Chemical formula, (e) a particulate filter aid,(f) a polymeric peroxide; (g) a Particulate Ammonium Reagent that has at least an Ammonium Group in their Chemical formula (NH4), and (H) a Bleaching Earth.
