Method for transformation of proteu00ecnas active soluble in water in proteu00ecnas active hydrophobic, their use for the preparation of layers monomoleculares of proteu00ecnas oriented and devices comprising said active proteu00ecnas.The present invention relates to a method for converting active hydrophilic protein (hpiap) in protein active hidrofu00f3bu00edcas (hpoap), suitable for mounting in its active form on hydrophobic substrates.The present invention also refers to the preparation of layers rnonomoleculares protein active oriented, mobilized on solid hydrophobic supports, to be used in the mechanical handling and in research, including atomic force microscopy (AFM) in solutions AQ Uosas and tests using the same devices.
