摘要
Novelty: energy-saving and sound-insulating building element practicable for the coating of building fa?ades. Constitution: a frame comprising and fixing layers of different materials (fig.1) (1, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10), which layers exhibit specific morphology and natural properties, and form a unified building element having the shape of a tile characterised by relatively small thickness. Technical features: said building element (tile) combines and incorporates the principles of the bioclimatic design for energy saving and urban environment improvement. The fixing of said tile on the fa?ade is based on the existing technology being so-far applied for the fixing of marbles onto vertical surfaces. In summer time (fig.2) -especially in midday hours- said tile ensures -due to its shape- the pathetic self-shading of a part of its face due to the small-sized horizontal projections 2, while the refreshment of the fa?ade region 14 is ensured by water evaporation. In winter time (fig.2), same tile allows the sun radiation to penetrate its interior, heat up the provided heat-collecting layer 6 and produce hot air current 11 collected at the upper point of the fa?ade’s coating. At the same time, said tile is in position to produce electric current by means of photovoltaic cells incorporated to the upper surface of the shading projections 2 and positively contribute to the thermal insulation capability of the fa?ade 8, as well. The relief external surface of the building element contributes to the sound insulation of the fa?ade. Furthermore, said tile can optionally be able to protect buildings against disturbing factors (e.g. electromagnetic radiations), thanks to the optional addition of the elements 10.
