Today"s educational system is more of developing the person and not the intellect Today"s education is comparatively primitive because it has failed to address the speed of evolution in the industrial sector. Today"s education can be considered primitive because the worlds working systems have all changed due to media Today"s generation can be called the media generation has an exposure of an approximate 15000 hours of media exposure before the child is 15 years old .This is eqvuilant or more than the time spent in school during the same period The world outside has evolved at a much faster pace. the structured educational systems have tried to keep up with this pace .and has vastly increased the syllabus and has invented many technology based support to increase the quality of education, however this has increase the cost of education and educational institutions suffer from lack of quality teachers / instructors with Ed-win educational system the process of education has been spilt into two parts Teaching and Training. Ed-win educational system Has left training to schools and has taken teaching to theatres combing it with the economics of the theatre industry the system will make teaching much faster and much more economic with more consistency in quality and available to all.
