The present invention relates to an integrated assessment tool for menially retarded a child that is used lor progress assessment and evaluation of the mcnlallv retarded children by generating progress graphs and charts of each individual. "This helps in tracking the education and rehabilitation of these children. As most of the special schools follow the same curriculum, uniformity in the assessment method is maintained. This tool helps in studying the development pattern of each child and thus improves the planning of strategy for the rehabilitation of each individual mentally retarded child.
