Disclosed is a recombinant oncolytic paramyxovirus comprising a nucleic acid with at least one transgene, wherein the nucleic acid of this transgene(s) codes for a binding protein that has a therapeutic activity when expressed by the virus-infected tumour cell and wherein the binding protein is a fusion protein comprising at least one binding domain and a heterologous domain comprising an enzyme; with the proviso that the binding protein is not an antibody molecule or a fragment or a derivative thereof.
