Methods, kits, plasma and synthesis for inducing dengue virus immune response based on DNA vaccine and chemotherapy virus

This is a vaccine combination for dengue virus, which includes: (a) DNA vaccine for four serum types of dengue virus, which is based on the manufacture of different recombinant plastics, including genes encoded for protein and each serum of dengue virus, or only corresponding sequences. The three domains of these proteins are all combined with the cena cucumber coding sequence of human tissue proliferation activator (t-PA),(b) chemically synthesized viruses, including the modified 17D yellow fever vaccine virus, changing the PRM and e yellow fever protein coding sequences to different serotypes of PRM and e dengue virus coding sequences, and (c) a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle
