TECHNIQUE FOR ANASTOMOSIS BETWEEN SMALL INTESTINE AND COLONIN CHILDREN

摘要

A technique for anastomosis between the small intestine and the colon in the children provides for generating the "trunk" distally in the ileum with its invagination into the lumen of the colon. The small intestine is dissected in wedge-shape mode along countermesenteric edge. The segments are folded and sutured in their perimeters. The dublicature in a shape of a "trunk" is generated. Finally, the "trunk" is descended into the longitudinally dissected colon with anastomosis being generated with two-row suture.
