摘要

Method for prediction of development of cardiovascular complications in patients with arterial hypertension with chronic cardiac insufficiency includes determination of level of cytokines. In patients in which essential arterial hypertension with chronic cardiac insufficiency flows at background of helicobacter pylori-negative gastropathias development of cardiovascular complications is predicted by the values of median FNP-1 that is determined through monitoring of its levels, at that the moderate risk of development of cardiovascular complications one predicts at the value of the median FNP-1 80.04 pg/ml and lower, and high risk of development of cardiovascular complications one predicts at the level of median FNP-1 87.24 pg/ml and higher.
