METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF DEVELOPMENT OF HELICOBACTER PYLORI-NEGATIVE GASTROPATHIA IN PATIENTS WITH ESSENTIAL ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION WITH CHRONIC CARDIAC INSUFFICIENCY

Method for prediction of development of complications in patients with essential arterial hypertension with chronic cardiac insufficiency includes determination of characteristics of lipid metabolism. Prediction of development of helicobacter pylori-negative gastropathias in this group of patients is carried out through monitoring of the levels of total cholesterol (TCH), total triglicerides (TTG), cholesterol of low density lipoproteides (CS LDLP) and malonic dialdehyde) (MDA), then one determines the values of medians of those characteristics, at that the risk of development of helicobacter pylori-negative gastropathias is predicted at values of medians of TCH 230.55 mg/dl and higher, TTG 162.90 mg/dl and higher, CS LDLSP 155.66 µ/dl and higher, MDA 12.63 µmol/l and higher.
