A neuron axon model comprises n components where a first input is an input of neuron axon model, an output of n-th component is output thereof; the inputs of every i-th component are connected to output of (i-i)-th component, the outputs are signaling outputs of the neuron axon model with negative potential having one direction of motion from the output towards the input of the neuron axon model. Additionally, each i-th component comprises a delay flip-flop, the first input of which is the input of component, the second input is connected to a pulse generator; the output is connected to the first input of i-th inverting comparator, the second input is connected to negative potential, the output being i-th signaling output of the device, magnitude of negative potential is one half positive potential in the output of i-th component.
