摘要

A unified immunoenzyme test-system for quantitative detection of IgG class antibodies to pathogen of human toxoplasmosis (Toxoplasma gondii) "DIA-TOXO-IgG-u", wherein antigens of the pathogen T. gondii are used in composition of immunosorbent, and anti-human antibodies against IgG bound to peroxidase are used as conjugate. In the test system used are an immunosorbent with sorbed antigens T. gondii, two positive controls (high titer and low titer) calibrated by International standard of the WHO - Anti-Toxoplasma serum, Human TOXM, (NIBSC) for quantitative determination of the IgG class antibodies in test samples, a conjugate of monoclonal antibodies against human IgG marked with ferment and one-component solution of chromogen.
