A root top cleaner from remains of haulm has an inclined in longitudinal-vertical plane cantilever drive shaft, on which end a disk is rigidly mounted. On the end of rigidly mounted on the shaft disk elastic rectangular guiding blades are installed in cantilever manner by means of cylindrical hinges, the blades form a tapered cone. The guiding blades ends contain arched cutting knives and are connected to each other by a flexible elastic linkage.
