Coffin box comprises a box (100), which is equipped with a high aesthetic relief profile. A decorative adhesive tape (300) circularly along the circumference of the frame is attached to the wall (102) of the coffin box (100) along at least one frame (110, 120). The decorative adhesive tape is printed with a decorative motif (301) on the visible side, whereas the opposite side, which is facing the surface of the box, is provided with an adhesive-bondable surface, which is coldly attached to one of the two frames. An independent claim is also included for decorating the coffin box, comprising (a) preparing at least one decorative adhesive coil with the selected decorative motif, and positioning in framework of the execution of the fine processing-polishing phase of the coffin in a process cycle of the coffin, (b) cleaning the frame surfaces, (c) removing the end of the decorative adhesive tape, after removal of the coffin box, (d) applying the visible end of the decorative adhesive tape at any point of frame surface with the decorative motif, while the unwinding of the decorative adhesive tape along the circumference of the frame continues until its exit end is reached, (e) partially overlapping of a few millimeters at the end of the decorative adhesive tape towards a second decorative adhesive tape by providing both the decorative motif sections to bring these upper and lower decorative motif sections in alignment, and (f) cutting the adhesive tape.
