Method for identifying a nucleic acid encoding a polypeptide that specifically binds a predetermined target molecule from a DNA library, wherein said method comprises the steps of a) selecting the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 b) preparing a library DNA of the selected sequence which is altered at least one amino acid position according to table V; c) screening the DNA library prepared polypeptides specifically binding a predetermined target molecule; d) selecting nucleic acid encoding one of the elements capable of specific binding of step c); e) repeating steps b) to d) two to five times; f) isolating said nucleic acid encoding a polypeptide that specifically binds a predetermined target molecule.
