An aqueous solution preparation comprising (a) an aminoglycoside antibiotic or its pharmacologically acceptable salt, (b) bromfenac or its pharmacologically acceptable salt and (c) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of citric acid or its pharmacologically acceptable salt, monoethanolamine or its pharmacologically acceptable salt, and nicotinamide.
