The present invention relates to a comment recommendation method, to a system for the method, to a Web server and to a system for providing a Web service. The comment recommendation method comprises: a step in which a comment recommendation system receives, from a user terminal, a request for recommendation for any comment from among one or more comments for the content posted on a webpage, and the quantity of the virtual value indices to be used for the recommendation; and a step in which the comment recommendation system feeds back, to an evaluation index for said any comment, the quantity of the virtual value indices inputted from the user terminal.
