METHOD FOR DETECTING PCA3 AND PSA GENES, AND DIAGNOSTIC KIT THEREOF

Disclosed is a method for detecting PCA3 and PSA genes, and diagnostic kits thereof. This method comprises designing primers and probes for the mRNAs of the PCA3 and/or PSA genes, bonding covalently the probes with microbeads to form a probe-microbead mixture, hybriding with the products of reverse transcription PRC amplification, then adding streptavidin-phycoerythrin; fluorescence signals from the various microbeads can be detected so as to determine whether the samples to be tested contain PCA3 and PSA genes, or not, and determine the expression level thereof.
