LUBRICATING COMPOSITION OF A SYNTHETIC HYDRAULIC OIL FOR AVIATION TECHNOLOGY

The invention relates to hydraulic (working) fluids used in aviation technology and, more specifically, to synthetic hydraulic aviation oils for hydraulic systems in aviation, rocket and ground technology. The hydraulic aviation oil lubricating composition contains a main polyalpha-olefin hydrocarbon base combined with a rheological concentrate based on low-viscosity C₁₈H₃₈0₂ monoesters stabilized with polymethacrylate, and a combination of additives which exhibit a synergistic effect in the oil. The additives contained in the oil are a phenol antioxidant (oxidation inhibitor), triisopropyl phosphate as an anti-wear additive, a corrosion inhibitor (1,2,3-benzotriazole), an organosilicone fluid as a anti-foaming additive, and a colourant. The resulting hydraulic aviation oil has high performance characteristics and increased explosion and fire safety.
