The tray (1) has a stabilizing and/or supporting element i.e. frame (3), supporting the tray from a baking tray lower side. The stabilizing and/or supporting element is connected with the baking tray by a fixing device. The fixing device is formed by a sliding guide, where the tray is pushed on the stabilizing and/or supporting element. The tray is fixed on the stabilizing and/or supporting element in such a manner the fixing device and/or a component of the fixing device is not projected from a baking tray upper side. The upper side lies opposite to a baking tray lower side.
