This door wiring device, which is disposed between a vehicle body and a door, is provided with: a wire harness routed between the vehicle body and the door; an exterior member disposed in such a manner as to enclose a part of the wire harness that spans between the vehicle body and the door; a guide part, which is a part of the external member that contains the end of the external member on the door side, for guiding a displacement path inside the door; and a protector, which is disposed inside the door so as to be connected to the guide part, and which has a housing part that houses the wire harness that extends from the end of the external member on the door side in a state in which the total length of the wire harness can be absorbed. The guide part has at least one guide spring that restricts the external member to the inside of the guide part, while being in slidable contact with the outer periphery of the external member.
