The apparatus has an electromagnet (7) formed by an outlet for alternating current power source. The electromagnet is designed to be arranged at the body of a patient along the vertebral column. Ferromagnetic elements (6) are fixed at a distal part of a dilatation balloon (3). The electromagnet is designed to generate an alternate magnetic field which acts on the ferromagnetic elements to enable shock vibrating transfer movement at the distal part of the dilatation balloon.
