Device for balloon spine kyphoplasty

The device has a basic catheter tube (1) with a channel to which a hydraulic fluid pumping device (2) for pumping hydraulic fluid is attached. A dilatation balloon (3) is affixed at a distal end of the tube, where the tube is made of elastic stretchable material with a protective cover (4) formed in appropriate size. Fixing members (8) are arranged in form of elongated elements at an outer surface of the protective cover on fiber crossing points (7), so that the members penetrate into a bone tissue of a vertebra to secure the protective cover. The elements are made of medical grade metal.
