AIR-HYDRAULIC AUXILIARY SUPPORT FOR DRY METHOD GRANULATOR

Disclosed is an air-hydraulic auxiliary support for a dry method granulator which comprises an oil cylinder housing (1), a lower air plug (2), a plunger (3), an upper cover (4) and an upper air plug (5). The lower air plug (2) is provided with an oil tank (21) for hydraulic oil to flow through. An end opening of oil tank (21) is connected with hydraulic oil inlet (11) on oil cylinder housing. The plunger (3) is located in the other end opening of the oil tank (21) on the lower end surface of the lower air plug (2). The upper cover (4) is fixedly connected with upper end surface of the oil cylinder housing (1). The upper air plug (5) is arranged in upper cover (4) and in sliding fit with upper cover (4). An accommodation air cavity (7) is formed between the lower end face of the upper air plug (5), upper end face of the lower air plug (2) and oil cylinder housing (1). The air-hydraulic auxiliary support can provide a support force when the dry method granulator works, and remove the support force when the dry method granulator stops working. The support force of the air-hydraulic auxiliary support is kept at constant value so as to achieve steady state working condition of the dry method granulator.
