Novel dimeric association of the catalytic core domain of a retrovirus integrase and crystal structure thereof

摘要

The present invention pertains to a crystal structure of a catalytic core domain of retroviral integrase. This structure can be used as a structural model for determining further integrase structures, and to identify, either in silico or by chemical screening, new anti-retroviral drugs.
