PURPOSE: A composition for inducing simple dedifferentiation of somatic cells into embryo stem cell-like cells is provided.;CONSTITUTION: A composition for inducing dedifferentiation of somatic cells into embryo stem cell-like cells comprises: Shh(Sonic hedgehog) protein and nucleotide sequence encoding the protein; FGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor, MEK/ERK(mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular regulated kinase) inhibitor, and GSK(glycogen synthase kinase) inhibitor. A method for preparing the embryo stem cell-like cells from the somatic cells comprises: a step of treating nucleic acids containing Shh protein or nucleotide sequence encoding the protein into the somatic cells; a step of culturing the somatic cells in a condition for culturing nerve stem cells; and a step of treating FGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor, MEK/ERK inhibitor, and GSK inhibitor.
