COMPOSITION WHICH INDUCES DEDIFFERENTIATION OF EMBRYONIC STEM CELL-LIKE CELLS FROM SOMATIC CELLS USING DMNT INHIBITOR

PURPOSE: A composition for inducing simple dedifferentiation of embryo stem cell-like cells from somatic cells is provided.;CONSTITUTION: A composition for inducing dedifferentiation of embryonic stem cell-like cells from somatic cells contains: Bmi1(B cell-specific Moloney murine leukemia virus integration site 1) protein or nucleic acid molecule encoding the protein; and G9aHMTase inhibitor(G9a histone methyltransferase inhibitor) and DMNT(DNA methyltransferase) inhibitor. A method for preparing the embryonic stem cell-like cells comprises: a step of introducing Bmi1 protein or nucleic acid molecule encoding the protein into a somatic cell; a step of culturing the somatic cells under the condition containing bFGF(basic Fibroblast Growth Factor); and a step of treating G9aHMTase inhibitor and DMNT inhibitor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
