Three-dimensional nano-sculptured structures of high surface-mobility materials and methods of making same

A method for growing sculptured 3D nano-structures of high-surface mobility materials on an arbitrary substrate, the method comprising the steps of: depositing layers of low and high thermal conductive materials and growing the nano-structures thereon; while maintaining low and constant temperature along the structure during growth of the 3D nano-structures.
