摘要

PURPOSE: An electric biosensor for detecting a micro sample is provided to improve the measuring sensitivity and quantitively analyze a micro sample by increasing the conductivity through the electric connection of nano-electrodes.;CONSTITUTION: An electric detecting method of a micro sample using a biosensor comprises the following steps. In an electrically insulated nano-electrode(11) chip, a receptor molecule selectively coupled with a target object material is fixed and a biosensor is manufactured. A sample containing a target material coupled with the receptor molecule is added and reacted in the biosensor. The gold nanoparticle is processed and reacted in the nano-electrode chip reacted with the sample containing the target material. The gold ion is processed in the reacted gold nanoparticle. The electric conduction or impedance of the nano-electrode chip in which the gold ion is restored is measured.
