PURPOSE: An impact absorption type rotary traffic sign board is provided to flexibly endure external impact and the collision of vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An impact absorption type rotary traffic sign board comprises a pillar(40), a binding hole(30), binding clips(20,21), and a sign board(10). Pillar is perpendicularly installed on the upper end of a sign foundation(50) in the ground. The pillar is separated from the upper pillar and lower pillar and absorbs the external shock using a spring. The spring installs between the upper pillar and lower pillar. The binding hole is formed in C-shaped. The opened part is combined with pillar. The binding clip is inserted in the binding hole and pillar so that the upper and lower slides can be inserted into the binding hole and pillar. The sign board is installed to one side of the binding hole.
