PURPOSE: A paddle device for treating waste water is provided to rapidly decentralize by injecting the equal amount of chemicals depending on the amount of waste water.;CONSTITUTION: A rotary shaft(11) is rotated with a driving source. A supply passage(13) transfers chemicals along a longitudinal direction and is formed in the rotary shaft. A pedal(19) is vertically combined with the rotary shaft. The guiding passage(21) and the discharge hole(23) of multiple rows are formed in the pedal. The guiding passage of the multiple rows is communicated with the supply passage.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
