PURPOSE: A high efficiency regenerative braking performance type regenerative brake apparatus is provided to implement a fail safe through a which breaking is performed by only a pedal when a breaking system has a problem. CONSTITUTION: In a high efficiency regenerative braking performance type regenerative brake apparatus, a main breaking unit(4) transfers breaking pressure which is generated from a master cylinder to breaking force for a front wheel and a rear wheel through a vibration booster. A sub breaking system(50) provides a virtual pedal force to a pedal. The sub breaking system provides the breaking pressure of the sub master cylinder as a breaking force for the front wheel and the rear wheel.
